The
city of Hutchinson first asked Kouba to create this statue of Chief Little
Crow early in his career. The statue was placed next to the waterfall,
on the crow river in Hutchinson. The city of Hutchinson later asked Kouba
to create a new statue and the old statue has been placed in the McLeod
County Historical Society.
