BISCAY
The village of Biscay is situated in Hassan Valley Township. The 1970 census counted 105 inhabitants. Its site, very nearly the approximate center of the county, was nearly chosen by the Hutchinson's for their settlement. Historically it will be renowned as the site of the first creamery in the state of Minnesota.
